It’s baa-ack. The Virtual Facilitation Workshop

(Did you get the Poltergeist reference?)

Completely redesigned for 2022, we’re announcing the next iteration of the Virtual Facilitation Workshop. The first public running will be March 25.

What’s new?

It’s hard to believe that it’s been two years since the pandemic forced us into the virtual world. But since then, we’ve been working very hard to make online meetings more engaging, inclusive, and effective. For the 2022 version of VFW, we’re sharing the best-of-the-best practices, activities, and modalities. These are tried and true methods that you can immediately put to use at your next online meeting. We’ll cover:

  • Developing your personal presence online,

  • Converting in-person activities to the virtual space,

  • Building trust and psychological safety online,

  • Overcoming disengagement and Zoom fatigue, and

  • Making decisions inclusively.

Plus, we’ll be sharing material from our best selling book, Surviving the Horror of Online Meetings. And who knows? We may go hunting for meeting monsters.
